Experience- #Freshers (ONLY)

Role - Platform and Application level Support for Android/iOS based product

Location - Noida

Education - Must be a Graduate (B.Tech / BCA ONLY)

JD-

1. Monitoring the alerts using panels

2. Helping client’s customer care team via email in resolving issues.

3. Providing technical support/ debugging of live issues.

4. Performing sanity checks for the services.

5. Understanding SQL queries (Oracle) and their execution on Linux system.

6. Writing shell scripts on Linux system.

Requirements

1. Must be a Graduate

2. Willing to work for 6 days a week with rotational shifts

3. Preference would be given to the candidature with Android/iOS Apps technical support background.

4. Technical Competencies – Oracle, Linux, Java (basic).
