The role

Responsible for creating Sales and purchase orders for services sold by SoftwareONE.
Order creating and submission through the Microsoft Order tools.
Following up on open orders, reconciliations of license reservations.
Responsible to achieve SLA and quality as defined by process.
Committed to applying best practices in everyday work.
Collaborates with internal partners to meet objectives.
Automate bulk and repetitive tasks

What we need to see from you

Bachelor’s Degree from four year college or university
Excellent English written & verbal Skills
0-3 years’ experience in software industry
Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
Excellent Excel Skills
Solid problem solving, consultative and research skills
Ability to analyze information with attention to details.
