What will your role be?
- As part of GEOVIA R&D team, you will be developing/testing the best in class mining products like Surpac, MineSched
- As a Software Quality Engineer, You will be responsible for testing & providing Level 3 support of renowned GEOVIA products.
- The selected candidate will get exposure in Agile development methodology and will be using Microsoft Team Foundation Server & Microsoft Test Manager as part of testing activities
- Work closely with customer on real time production issues & with a geographically distributed team
- Communicate with local and remote team members, appropriate stakeholders and customers as needed.

Your key success factors:
- B.Tech / M.Tech in GEOLOGY or Earth Science or Mining or a related discipline from premier institutions with good academic track records
- Experience required between 0-2 Years.
- Should have worked in any type of mines (Open Pit, Underground etc.)
- Good Knowledge of Mines Act, MMR and other rules in Mining Industry
- Knowledge /Certification on any of the GEOVIA products (Surpac, Minex, MineSched, Whittle,GEMS) will be added advantage
- Good understanding to Computer Science fundamentals, Software development & Software Testing concepts
- Experience in Manual / Automation Testing will be added advantage
- Ability to investigate and find root cause of problem
- Strong analytical aptitude and problem solving skills
- Good team spirit and interpersonal skills, excellent written, verbal, communication skills, analytical skills & Business thinking
