Job Responsibilities for Vistex off campus
- Assist the local subsidiaries with the setup of new customer’s onboarding on Cloud.
- Setup of Portals to onboard the customers on PyraCloud, Microsoft, and ONEClub.
- Creation of contracts in the ERP system
- Mirroring of newly activated Contracts in the ERP system.
- Data Management to reflect actual performance and price levels.
- Assist with changes on the customer portal.
- Clean up and standardization of contract cards across the region, according to program rules and status.
- Download of exploring.ms data that will enable the business to analyze performance and act on opportunities.
- Assist in the sharing of the above data on the regional SharePoint Portals.
- Responsible to achieve SLA and quality as defined by process.
- Committed to applying best practices in everyday work.
- Collaborates with internal partners to meet objectives.
- Automate bulk and repetitive tasks
