- Deep knowledge Cellular Radio Standards (5G NR, LTE, etc)
- Strong hands-on experience with testing cellular technologies (LTE, UMTS, CDMA, IMS, etc)

- Proven ability to own a complete functional area of an application or product

- Validated understanding of SQA methodologies & practices
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

- Scripting skills in any of the following: Perl, Python, Shell, JavaScript, Ruby
- Test scripts development and automation to improve the overall efficiency of execution
